Stop The Vanilla’s breakthrough team development process can be provided in 4 options – ranging from high level review to deepest, most candid and vulnerable discussions the team has ever had. Option 1: Group Debrief Process

  • Stop The Vanilla provides a thorough behavioral science review so all team members Understand, Own and Leverage their natural behavioral style and motivators.
  • Review the Team Wheels and discuss the behaviors and motivators of the team leading to enhanced communication and collaboration.

  • Understand the Dos & Don’ts of Communication of each team member and how to most effectively communicate and work with other styles.
  • Develop a 3-year talent plan for your team.

Option 2: Present Your style

  • Includes all of Option 1, plus team members complete a Team Development Ǫuestionnaire and use it to present their natural behavioral style and motivators to the team (i.e. strengths, blind spots, communication do’s and don’ts; team perceptions, development priorities).
  • Candid dialogue on the different behavioral styles and motivators on the team and value that each team member brings to the table.
  • Focus is on effective communication, team cohesiveness through Honest, Open & Transparent communication (Coming in HOT).
  • Train the team on how to use behavioral science in each talent process to Win at talent and build the team to achieve your dream (Shepherd of the Talent)

Option 3: Tell your Story/Present Their Style

  • Includes all of Option 1 & 2, plus team members go more in depth and tell their life story with photos and props.
  • Focus is on a much deeper connection with all team members because they understand how their story shaped their style and who they are today.
  • Hearing each others life stories builds a high performance team that cares for each others.

Option 4: Full Team Development Exercise

  • Includes Option 1, 2 & 3 plus a 1:1 assessment debrief/coaching session with Leadership Coach that results in 5 to 15 prioritized leadership development opportunities for each team member for their leadership development plan.
  • Leadership development priorities for each team member that includes specific action plans to increase their professional and personal performance.

  1. Process Prep
    1. Process Launch Meeting (30–45 minutes/Virtual)
      1. Complete Team Development Questionnaire
      2. Complete Selected Behavioral Science Assessments
  2. Behavioral science training session with all team members (1.5 hours) to understand their behavioral assessment results
  3. Behavioral Assessment Debrief/Coaching Session for each Team Member with a Stop The Vanilla Advisor that is certified in behavioral science. (2 hours per person)
  4. Process Prep Meeting with Team Leader (1.5 hours)
  5. Team Development Exercise (4–8 hours)
  6. Follow-up Meeting with Team Leader (1 hour)

  9. Define rules of engagement and other systems to build and maintain a high-performance team.
  10. Build a 3-year talent plan for the Leadership Team.
  11. Train each leader on how to be a talent planner and use behavioral science in each talent process to Build the Team to Achieve Your Dream.
